I don't teach writing; I teach authorship. I educate you on how to think like an acquisitions editor or literary agent before you write a single word. Application of my businesslike approach to publishing—which is a business—is the difference between you creating a book that sells 10 copies and one that sell thousands. It's the difference between a writer that never finds a literary agent and one that lands a traditional publishing contract.
Using my skills as a Certified High Performance Coaching and Transformational Coach, I also support you in developing the mindset and habits necessary to write and publish books. It's my goal for you "beccome" an author before you ever publish your book.
I have a track record that proves I do, indeed, help writers become authors. I mentioned previously, Some of my editing clients have sold 300,000+ copies of their books and landed deals with major publishing houses. My Author Coaching clients have gone on to successfully self-publish or find literary agents and traditionally publish.
Personally, I’ve had articles published in more than 50 publications and edited regional magazines as well as a small library’s-worth of nonfiction books (some of which have gone on to sell copies in the hundreds of thousands). I’m also the author of 21 self-published books and four traditionally published books--most of which have made it onto the Amazon Top 100 list (for weeks and months, no one day). I've had six agents and three traditional publishers. I also self-publish books.
As a writer and reader, my passion is in nonfiction. I believe everyone in the world, including you, has something to teach and share in the written form. I believe, as a writer, you can make a positive and meaningful difference in readers’ lives and the world…with your words.

Here are some answers to common questions and concerns...
If I join at the basic level for $15, will I ever pay more?
No. You are grandfathered in at that investment level...unless you decide to change your membership to the Premium level.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Both Basic and Premium Nonfiction Writers' University membership renewals occur automatically each month but can be cancelled at any time. You can cancel from your membership profile on the "Your Account" page.
How much time does the program require?
The live Author Coaching sessions are 90 minutes long. Basic members have one session per month, and Premium members have two. However, all live sessions are recorded and can be watched on replay. The amount of time you spend on the Author Training 101-104 course or engaging in the community is up to you.
Do you guarantee that Nonfiction Writers' University membership will result in authorship?
No. Becoming an author is dependent upon your mindset, habits, commitment, and self-integrity. The program can teach you these things, but, ultimately, you have to take the actions and do the work required to become an author.
How do I know I'll get a return on this investment...that I'll end up with a published book?
You don't...unless you possess certainty that you will do all it takes to become an author. But the Nonfiction Writers' University provides you with the education and support you need to have the best shot at achieving your authorship goals.
Can I upgrade to Premium (or downgrade to Basic) membership at anytime?
Yes. You can easily change your membership level in from your membership profile any time you wish. However, if you downgrade, you may lose access to some resources.
