It’s easy to get bogged down in problems. We focus on them, and as we see a solution, they seem to get bigger and more difficult. There’s another way to tackle problems.
First, see problems as challenges or opportunities. Don’t make them something negative.
In fact, problems are just situations we judge as negative. You can change your judgement about the situation. Judge it as a challenge to overcome or an opportunity to show your strength, ingenuity, or intelligence, for example.
Second, stop focusing on the so-called problem, and focus on the solution. Even if you don’t yet have a solution, if you focus on finding one, you create what you desire. The more you focus on the problem, it does, in fact, get bigger and more difficult. Focus instead on the solution, and it will become more tangible, possible, and, in the end, real.
Finally, when you find yourself unable to focus on the solution, focus on what’s working. Often you can create more of what you want or need by putting your attention on what already works in a given situation. Doing so creates more of what is working, and sometimes manifesting that is enough to create a solution.
In today’s Monday Inspiration video, I offer some more suggestions for how you can tackle problems.
