To truly experience life and live it fully, you must cultivate gratitude. You must awaken to all your senses, become conscious of all that is around you, and then feel appreciation for all of it.
Cultivate gratitude or, as some like to say, an attitude of gratitude. And don’t stop at just the good stuff. In Wild, Cheryl Strayed shares her mother’s advice: “Every problem becomes something else,” and it’s usually something about which you can feel grateful.
