A week ago I received a High Performance Coach certification from the High Performance Institute. I received my training from highest paid high-performance coach today. I wanted this certification for myself—so I could learn how to increase my performance levels—as well as for my clients—so I could help them fulfill their potential in the same manner. But many people keep asking me the same question: What is high performance?
High performance, as opposed to peak performance, is reaching heightened and sustained levels of clarity, energy, courage, productivity, and influence. You also find yourself more fulfilled, happy, passionate, connected, present, and focused—not just occasionally but most of the time. Can you see how this state of being—of living—would help you succeed at work and life? Can you see how it would help you fulfill your potential and your purpose?
I can. That’s why I decided to become a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC). I feel this is the highest level of service I can provide to my clients. It’s also the highest level of education I can provide to myself if I, too, want to fulfill my potential and purpose.
I can’t think of a better way to explain high performance than in Brendon Bouchard’s words. That’s why today I’ve chosen to include a video of him (below) doing just that.
By the way, I’ve changed the name of my Monday posts from “Monday Motivation” to “Monday Inspiration.” The reason is simple: As the Inspiration to Creation Coach, I want to inspire you to greater levels of performance, happiness, fulfillment, and success. Eventually, this Monday post will feature my own videos and podcasts meant to inspire you to fulfill your purpose and potential.
Motivation is part of inspiration. You are most motivated when you combine your passion and purpose. You then feel inspired to action. Motivation comes from feeling a session of purpose and passion and getting inspired. Sometimes you lack motivation because you aren’t inspired. Thus, inspiration needs to come first.
If you need help finding purpose, passion or inspiration and achieving higher performance, I’d be happy to discuss how High Performance Coaching might help you fulfill your potential. I’m now taking on five High Performance Coaching clients. If you would like to be one of them, click on the button below, and I’ll send you an application. We can then set up a 1-hour FREE coaching session.
