Yesterday I achieved one of my 2015 goals. I wanted to cycle to the top of a steep, one-mile long hill near my home by my birthday. Well…yesterday was my birthday, and I did it! I rode my bike all the way up that hill.
However, I didn’t do it by getting on my bike just once. In January I began working out at a gym and cycling several times per week. Then I started making my way up the hill…first a quarter of the way, then half way, then two thirds of the way up. These baby steps helped me build the strength to make it to the summit on my bike today.
Every goal can be achieved in the same way—step by step. Try it! And let me know what results you achieve.
