It’s one thing to understand that the Universe matches your vibration and responds to your intention. It’s another to know it, and sometimes, knowing this fact requires experiencing it and then acknowledging that experience.
I teach about the Law of Attraction and manifestation. I believe we are all creators with the ability to create what matters most to us. And I have created things intentionally and consciously in my life…as well as unintentionally and unconsciously.
Acknowledge What You Create
Yet, I still have doubts. I continue to understand more than I know. That’s likely because I don’t always acknowledge my experiences of creation more often.
I experience creation all the time. Yet, I need to pay more attention to recognize what I’m creating.
I tend to ignore my creations or write them off as small or unimportant. For example, there was a time when I created a new Apple MacBook Air. I won it in a contest and attributed it to my “efforts.”
I told a friend I intended to win, and she said, “Look what a powerful manifestor you are!”
Until that moment, I just thought I won a contest.
In actuality, I had set an intention. My vibration was high and focused on “winning” the computer. I was clear about what I wanted. The Universe or Source responded, and a week later, the computer arrived.
I wouldn’t have experienced my creation as a creation if I hadn’t acknowledged what I manifested. I wouldn’t have had another piece of proof that I could create what matters to me.
But now I do.
A Response to My Intentions and Vibration
Recently, I was challenged to give up some of my business activities. I decided to let go of one-on-one coaching. However, earlier that week, I sent an email offering to coach two writers. I’d given Author Coaching up more than a year prior but got the hit to offer it again—mostly because I needed income.
At first, I was excited to see several people sign up for a brief chat about my coaching service. However, given my decision, I felt conflicted about these sessions.
What would I do if someone signed up? After all, I’d decided not to take on private clients. I would feel out of integrity if I turned them away because I changed my mind, although that would be a valid reason to do so.
I didn’t really need to worry. Of the six people who scheduled calls, only one attended as planned. I called another when he didn’t get on the call immediately, and the others were all no-shows.
What is Possible
I shared this with my coaches in Jim Fortin’s Transformational Coaching Program. One coach, Lisa Carpenter, responded: “How interesting that the Universe matched your vibration… What does that teach you about what’s possible when you direct your energy towards what you DO want and go all in?”
I looked at the proof and answered her query. “The universe will respond.”
I qualified my answer, though. “I’ve had a hard time believing that…although I understand it. Yet, I see the obvious signs.”
In fact, I had received an undeniable sign. I still wanted to ignore it or believe it was a fluke.
Lisa cautioned me: “You can continue to deny the truth of this and double down on making things MUCH harder than they need to be.”
I do not want things to be difficult; I want them to be easy. And I want the Universe to respond to my intentions as they relate to my desires.
Therefore, I must continue directing my energy toward what I want and watching for signs of Source matching my vibration and intention.
What Else Can I Create?
After I shared this experience, another coach, Ichel Francis, simply said, “Well, shiiiiiiiiiit, would you look at that! Almost like you are manifesting exactly what you want. Now start to play with ‘What else can I do?’”
Indeed, that’s where I intend to focus my attention, intention, and vibration. I created all those potential private clients falling away, so what else can I create?”
Make Creation Fun
Once you acknowledge that the Universe matches your vibration and reflects your intentions—and let that experience sink in, you know the truth. Then, you can play with this process.
Again, I understand and believe the Universe responds to our vibrations and intentions. I couldn’t teach about the Law of Attraction, conscious creation, and manifestation if I didn’t.
But, like many people, I teach what I most need to learn. Sometimes, I doubt, sometimes I need more proof, and sometimes I need someone to point out what I know…and what a powerful creator I am.
Sharing my experience with the coaches was my way of acknowledging the Universe’s response to my intention. Their reactions to my share confirmed what I believed…and helped me know it.
The Universe or Source had responded to my intention…as it always does.
In fact, if you are clear with your intention, your vibration becomes strong and clear. That’s when you receive a quick response.
Play and Experiment
Letting this process be fun—not serious or hard—allows you to vibrate at a higher level, which makes creation easier. I plan to play with it…to make it a game.
“If I decide X, what do I experience? If I set Y intention, what is Source’s response? If I send out a clear, strong vibration, what will I create? Let me see.”
Or see this process as an experiment—but a fun one! Use it to increase your awareness of the Universe responding to your intentions and vibrations. Acknowledge that response. Experience it. And then, like me, you’ll know that the Universe is always responding to you.
