How often do you feel happy, excited, or grateful? Hopefully, quite often. And every one of those feel-good moments provides an opportunity to manifest your desires.
In that moment of joy, anticipation, or appreciation, shoot off an intention. Speak or think about what you want to create, and allow your good emotional and high vibratory state to fuel your sense of already having that desire filled.
That’s when the magic happens.
You might wonder what to do if you only occasionally feel positive emotions, which I hope is not the case. No worries. When you experience a feel-good moment, use it to enhance your ability to create what you want.
Even better, generate more frequent feel-good moments at will. Do that, and you’ll find many chances to magnify your intentions and attract your desires.
Emotions Equal Energy
Emotions possess energy, which is why they are often said to be energy in motion (e-motion). And you probably already realize that negative emotions, like anger, resentment, or sadness, put out low vibrational energies. But on the other hand, positive emotions, like peace, love, and happiness, bring high vibrational energies.
Combine your clear thoughts, which also have an energetic vibration, of what you intend to create with your positive emotions, and you’ve got a powerhouse manifestation tool.
If you are new to this concept, you can check out Abraham-Hicks’ emotional guidance scale, sometimes referred to as the emotional vibration scale. This is a scale of the 22 most common emotions.
- Positive expectations/belief
The top seven on the list make you feel good and, not surprisingly, have the highest vibration. Boredom, at number 8, is a place of neutrality. Better to be there than to drop below that point on the scale.
Raise Your Vibe
It is possible to intentionally move up the emotional scale. You can learn how to do this, thereby increasing your vibration.
Why bother? The better you feel, the higher your energetic vibration. The higher your vibration, the more able you are to manifest your desires.
Each time you feel a positive emotion, your vibration aligns with that feeling. And your ability to attract what you want is dictated by your vibration.
This is why many Law of Attraction teachers today stress the importance of feeling good. When you feel good, you vibrate at a higher frequency. And that high vibe increases your ability to attract what you want.
So, at any moment, ask yourself, “Is my energy high or low? Am I feeling good or bad?” If you plan to set intentions or visualize what you want to create, raise your energy first.
You can simply pet your cat or dog, go into your garden, appreciate nature, move your body, or hug your child or partner. Do whatever makes you feel good.
Manifest in Feel-Good Moments
Simply wait until the inevitable feel-good moments you experience. Then, remind yourself when to set an intention and imagine having what you desire. You will already feel good, so you don’t have to work hard at manifestation. Your emotions and energy are helping, like rocket fuel.
So, when your dog makes you laugh by chasing her tail, imagine having what you want.
When your child comes home from school and gives you a big hug, causing you to feel loved, state your intention (mentally) in words that indicate you have already created it. For instance, “I now have a new car” or “I am enjoying having a new car.”
You can do this when watching a funny movie, opening holiday gifts, walking somewhere beautiful, enjoying a meal with friends, or even having sex.
Yes, having sex…
I remember the late Stuart Wilde telling a group of people to imagine having what they desire or setting the intention of having it when they experience an orgasm. This moment of physical pleasure also brings positive emotions…and lots of high vibes. Therefore, it’s the perfect time to tell the Universe what you desire!
Let Manifestation be Easy!
Here’s the point I’m trying to make: Don’t try so hard to make your manifestation happen. Instead, change your energy.
Even better, take advantage of the moments you naturally feel joy, pleasure, excitement, gratitude, or any of the emotions on the high end of the vibratory or emotional scale. Then visualize what you want…or bask in knowing it is on the way to you.
Then watch what happens.
